What's special about this item?

Feature: What it does:
Maple/poplar/maple laminate Crisp tone with lots of punch
Mahogany neck Great sustain, strength, and warm tone
Rosewood fretboard Open, warm tone and smooth playing feel
MHS humbuckers Sweet tone made just for semi-hollowbody guitars

Although the ES-335 kicked off with the "dot neck" in 1958, many players have always preferred the "block neck" version of the early '60s. The beautifully re-created 1963 ES-335TD from Gibson Memphis includes the correct body shape with narrower horns, rolled fingerboard binding for a soft playing feel, hot hide glue neck and body construction, 45-degree bevel on the plastics, correct fret wire, matched potentiometer sets, PAF-style MHS humbuckers and much more.
