An accurately shaped '64 body is complemented by the ES-345's upgraded binding. Split-parallelogram inlays are a classic hallmark of the Gibson Memphis LE 1964 ES345. Matched 550K potentiometers provide improved output and high frequency response from pickups. The neck is attached with hot hide glue, as are the quarter-sawn spruce Adirondack top braces. Our historic truss rod has no tube, a proven known to enhance the guitar's resonance and sustain! Memphis Historic Spec humbuckers are their most accurate PAF clones yet. Using fret wire of precise vintage specs delivers a warm tone with additional sustain, this retro custom color is applied in hand-sprayed nitrocellulose lacquer, gently aged in our VOS process
