Gator GWEXTREME Universal Hardshell Electric Guitar Case

Feature:
The market needed this product. It's a well-built, oversized, plywood case, designed for larger guitars like Flying Vs, Thunderbirds, BC Richs, etc. I actually bought it for an ESP XTone PC-1, which is an asymmetrical semi-hollow guitar that is very difficult to fit. (The factory case is not good.) The case comes with a variety of plush tricot covered foam blocks designed to fit certain guitars, but with a little experimentation I was able to find four blocks that fit the ESP very well. I couldn't be happier. The alternative was a very expensive custom case.

Quality:
Very well made for the money. Solid wood construction with good hardware.

Value:
The value for the money is outstanding, especially considering the high cost of custom cases.

Haven't needed to call Gator.

Overall:
I expect to keep this case as long as I keep the guitar.

came with a ton of different shaped blocks to custom fit contiur of guitar,unfortuanatly wasnt much use for me,i have a washburn dime32 could only find 2 blocks that were somewhat close

Quality:
case quality is excelent,very well made and a good price for the size of the case,handle is comfortable and thick

Value:
good quality case my first gator would buy one again if needed,only thing i didnt like was that there were no blocks that really fit the washburn shape that i have,but i did find 2 one at each corner that seems to keep it in place so overall i cant complain.

Desirability:
case looks similar to the what the origonal washburn case looks like,all i had was a gig bag so this is definatly great improvement,and origonal washburn cases are hard to find.

Ease of Use:
many blocks to choose from and labels for a few brands of guitars but no shapes for the washburn dimebag,you can put it in without any blocks and it will be fine it really doesnt move around that much,but blocks made for the ml shape would of been great

Support:
havent had to need any support but zzounds is great to deal with as far as letting you know they received order and when it was shipped

Overall:
this case should last me a lifetime,i dont play out in a band i just wanted a hardshell case to protect it when i am not playing it and for when i do take it anywhere,it looks built tough much stronger then some cases i have bought in the past.
