"Poor quality control"

I own several Gator racks (no problems) and finally got around to "finishing out" the racks, by installing vents in several spaces. The single space vent is fine. BUT- the two space vent will not fit. The vent consists of a piece of mild steel with 4 rows of slots for cooling, four slotted mounting holes and on the long sides a 'reinforcing rib". The reinforcing rib on the two space vent is NOT bent to 90 degrees, but around 85+-. This means it will not fit. The rib hits the front of your sound devices and will not work! The single space rib is bent to a proper 90 degrees and fits easily. Trying to bend this vent is no easy task at all! I would suggest you use two single space vents, IF you need or desire a double vent.
