Manufacturer's Description for Gator GRR8PLUS 8-Space Powered Lockable Rolling Rack

The perfect feature for every rack has now arrived with the Gator Powered Rack! This revolutionary rack contains everything you need for your rackable gear. A built-in power distribution center provides 5 power sources, 15-amp push to reset circuit breaker, and front panel on/off control with pilot light. In addition, it has surge protection to keep your gear safe against power spikes!

The power unit is mounted under the rack rail and does not use up a rack space like other power distribution units. Like other Gator racks, these also have threaded rails and locking covers. The best part is that this unit is put into Gator's roller rack. Thus giving you a rack with wheels, pull out handle, light weight, super durability, and power! This is the Swiss Army knife of Racks.

Sound: It's a Amp Rack...If I could hear it, that would be REALLY BAD!!! Feature: This amp rack has locks. That could be a good thing or an inconvenience. For me, the prongs that allow it to lock make getting the covers on and off kinda difficult. The power conditioner is a nice touch. I have not really used it because I have my Furman in the rack. It's nice to know that I have extra power outlets though. I have the Gator power conditioner plugged into my Furman. Ease of Use: This amp rack has locks. That could be a good thing or an inconvenience. For me, the prongs that allow it to lock make getting the covers on and off kinda difficult. Quality: The case itself seems good but the twist latches are thin, cheap quality and bend VERY easily. Value: It's a great concept but the quality of the twist latches makes it not as desirable as i would have liked it to be. Manufacturer Support: I have had no reason to call for support The Wow Factor: It's an amp rack. there is no "sex appeal" Overall: I'm just not that happy with this product. The twist latches are a real letdown for me.
