Feature:
Great features. The mute button lets you change instruments and use the "tuner out" jack to plug in your tuner while the band is making noise. The "Anti-Feedback" dial works great when you're cracking the accoustic. It takes out the low-rumble feedback.
Value:
Excellent product. Better value than Marshal, Genz Benz, VOX.
Desirability:
The Amp has a standard tilt of about 20 degrees which helps get the sound up over the drums and electric guitars that my accoustic accompanies. You can also use the "kick-stand" to get a 45 degree tilt like a floor monitor. It's all good.
Sound:
Perfectly Clean Sound and loud. The effects are adequate.
Ease of Use:
It's easy to use.
Support:
I've had it for 6 months and played 8 gigs. No problems.
Overall:
The Loudbox is all you need if you are an accoustic guitar player that is part of a classic rock band or if you're just picking classical Bach. If you play a big hall, there is a Mix-Out jack that goes right to the mixer board. I'm done. Don't need anything else.

Feature:
Controls are the same as you'd find on a acoutic amp at half the price.
Quality:
Design flaws make themselves clear after you buy it and try to put it into use. Speakers/Amps cannot live up to the hype. The 'mixed' DI comes AFTER the main volume control! I've never seen that in all my years. The sound engineer can't stand it... or believe it.
Value:
This amp would be a great value for about $250. I bought mine brand new about a month ago and can't sell it even a half price.
Desirability:
Sex Appeal doesn't apply unless you're buying a amp to impress girls.
Sound:
This is a over priced practice amp. I've been playing 36 years. The sound is like a "box".
Fine in your living room, but doesn't meet the demands of a live venue.
Ease of Use:
Again, nothing special at all.
Support:
Fishman say's "we're sorry", but that's as far as it goes.
Overall:
Buy one to use in the house. Don't buy it if you plan to use it live. And don't buy it if you expect to re-sell it.
Years ago I bought a Crate 125-D. Too bad I sold it. It is still one of the very best acoustic amps on the market. Bought IT for $625 and sold it 8 years later for $500.
