I have owned a number of Jazzes. Unfortunately, I've never bonded with one until now. This thing is amazing. It's not whiny or zingy. It has tight, focused lows. Most surprisingly, it sits remarkably well in the mix, in spite of 2 electric guitars and an acoustic. Most importantly, don't let Clayton endorsement fool you in to thinking that it's limited to Clayton's tone in U2. It's a remarkable sounding bass that will shine in most genres.
