24.75 in. scale. 3-piece Maple neck. EMG 81/85 pickups with Afterburner boost.
Overview
ESP Guitars has added 2 new Signature Series guitars to their LTD brand: the DJ-600 Dan Jacobs model, and the TM-600 Travis Miguel model. Both are based on custom models created by the 2 guitarists from the band Atreyu.
Travis Miguel's signature LTD, the TM-600, is a double-cutaway style similar to ESP's Viper shape but with a harder edge and less tapering around the body. The TM-600 comes in a Metallic Gold Satin finish, with a set-neck at 24.75 in. scale. The body is Mahogany, and the 3-piece Maple neck offers 24 extra-jumbo frets on the Rosewood fingerboard, which features teardrop inlays. White binding on the TM-600's body, neck and head give it clean, finished lines. A Floyd Rose original tremolo, Grover tuners, and EMG 81/85 pickups with Afterburner boost completes the picture.
"Dan and Travis are exemplary members of the ESP family," says Allen Steelgrave, ESP Director of Marketing and Artist Relations. "First and foremost, they love their LTDs, and have been supporting LTD from day one. We're happy to have the opportunity to create two great guitars with their names on them."

"Read this before you look at the DJ600"
If your in the market for great tone and features for the price you pretty much found the right instrument.
Sound
Excellent sustain. After using the DJ600 I thought this guitar was a bit more solidly built. Better sustain rather than the DJ600 probably due to a smaller more dense body shape.
Features
Floyd Rose is awsome...But when changing strings it can be annoying most of the time. The Afterburner is a great feature if you are a skilled guitarist and know when and how to make your leads sound decent, without trying to overpower everything with tons of unwanted gain.
Ease of Use
Easy to scale the entire neck. The pickup selector switch is really easy to access when changing from neck to bridge pickup.
Quality
Pretty damn good job on this one ESP!
Value
For all the features, and the ease of play on this instrument your're really getting more than what you pay for!
Manufacturer Support
No I have not dealt with ESP before.
The Wow Factor
I would love to have this guitar in my collection since everyone just wants the Dan Jacobs guitar, this will be a pretty rare to see an SG shape like this one.
