Quality:
My FX-400 had a perfect finish when it came in, and it still does now. After about 4-5 months of playing it's only acquired a few scratches on the clear coat on the horns, which you are barely able to see. The horns, sometimes get in the way and you will inevitably bump them on a few things, but no worries, they are extremely resilient.
Value:
This guitar has the components of a ~$1500+ guitar, but in a much more affordable package. The thing about ESP and it's LTD brand is that if you can afford the 400 series you do not loose out on any of build quality from even the actual ESP guitars (albiet, they don't come as well tuned from the factory :D)
Desirability:
The guitar itself is beautiful, the EX model may look better to some people, but often you can't take your black EX-400 and mount it above the mantle of your fireplace and be happy with the way it looks -- and that's exactly what I did with my FX-400.
The other thing that I love about the LTD FX series is that no two guitars have the same spalted maple layout. That is to say, the places where the maple is spalted onto the mahagony is never the same on any two guitars. So in essence you're getting a completely unique guitar... from the factory!
Sound:
Legendary EMG 81 in the Bridge and a 60 in the Neck, it definitely doesn't get much better. Body is made of Mahogany so it has that deep tone, and, as hard as it might be to imagine from the looks, you can even get that "twangy" Jazz sound out of the 60 in the neck.
Support:
I haven't had to use them yet.
Overall:
This guitar will make you shun every guitar you've ever had before it, and you will probably be playing ESP's for the rest of your life -- I know I will be.

Feature:
The splattered maple top is an awesome look. The headstock on this guitar is unique as far as headstocks go for ESP guitars, which makes it stand out. Locking tuners would have been nice, but those are more on the deluxe level guitars by ESP, which are also awesome. The only problem I have with this guitar is where the strap connects to near the neck. I would have made it more like the gibson style, but this is easily fixed with a strap lock.
Quality:
Mahogany wood, EMGs, a compensated nut, and its ESP? Can't ask for much more than that. Better spent money on this LTD than on an Epiphone. Not that Gibson actually makes their guitars in the USA anymore anyways. ESPs and LTDs are always a good choice.
Value:
Like I said above, this is a great value. If you are looking for a $500-$1000 guitar, then ESP LTDs are the way to go. The quality of a Korean made LTD is better than some American made Gibsons that I own and have played. On top of that, Gibson doesn't make their guitars in the USA anyways now, so if its between the 2 companies I would pick ESP or LTD every time.
Desirability:
This guitar is going to stand out on stage and make you the star. All thats left to do is to buy it and rock with your band.
Sound:
This guitar rips. The EMGs are hot pickups, especially for metal. If you want to shred through crowds of people with your high end sound, then these pickups are a must.
Ease of Use:
This guitar is perfect as far as feel. It has a fast neck and came almost perfectly tuned and has almost perfect intonation out of the box. just needed a few tweakes, but thats better than spending 2 grand to get the guitar like that out of the box. Its as good a guitar as you can play it.
Support:
ESP is a great company, but it takes them a long time to do anything. However, the wait is always well worth it.
Overall:
This guitar is going to be on the road with me for a long time.
