Feature:
when i bought it, it came with a hardshell case, so that was a pretty good thing
Quality:
i think this product was made amazingly, i've had mine for about 5 or 6 months, it hasn't messed up on me one bit
Value:
the price for this guitar was great.. it's a very affordable price for a great sounding g uitar
Desirability:
the "sex appeal" of the guitar is amazing, alot of my friend's have mistaken it for a les paul guitar, and when they hear it or play it they think it must have cost me a major fortune.. they were wrong
Sound:
the guitar is amazing the way it is..
Support:
so far, i haven't needed any service by them, although it would be great if you could custom order the guitars there at espguitars.com the ESP customs
Overall:
i've been using ESP guitars for about 6yrs now, i've shopped around, but so far this seems to be one of the best guitars i've ever played, i'd deffinately replace this axe if something ever happened. if i were to buy "something else" it would probably just be another ESP/LTD model guitar.. they're great for everyone beginners or even the professional out there that thinks they can only get these great sounds by paying an arm and a leg.

Feature:
It's the little things that enhance the guitar, like the pearloid inlays, neck and head binding, and separate volume knobs for each pickup. The biggest difference though is in the mahogany body and set neck.
Quality:
As far as set up and electronics go, it is very dependable, I have even yet to break a string on it. It has taken tons of abuse, not that I don't take care of it, but I'm just clumsy. It stays in tune better than my friends' Gibson special series guitars which cost a couple hundred more.
Value:
This is one of the best guitars available for the money, the ltd viper series which costs the exact same would be the other one.
Desirability:
A carved top would have made a huge difference, but it is an appealing guitar as it is.
Sound:
I don't know if it's the mahogany wood or the pickups, but this guitar has all the bottom heavy beefiness you could ever ask for, while having enough clarity for some good clean sounds. I didn't get the exact sound I wanted until I put heavier strings on (52-10) and tightening the string tension, but that is something that I do to all of my guitars.
Support:
I have never needed to contact the company, but their contact info is available on the official website.
Overall:
Overall, I am very satisfied with the guitar.
