This is my third MB100 (I gave the others to students). Pretty good right out of the box. Just set the bridge, tune up and go. No frills; great travel banjo, as it's really light. Workmanship is excellent for such an inexpensive instrument. I've even recorded with it, and it sounds amazing. Haven't needed to use the Manufacturer Support.
