Feature:
Very nice looking guitar. The abalone was a big selling point for me as well as the built in tuner and the fact it is acoustic electric in case I ever wanted to plug it in.
Quality:
The quality was the low point for the one that I received. There was a chip on the bottom side of the sound hole towards the high E string side of the body and it was visible when holding the guitar. I sent it back to zzounds and they returned the same guitar to me so that didn't make me happy but when I complained they refunded 20 percent. After having it for 19 months I discovered the X bracing had a split. Epiphone replaced the guitar.
Value:
Good value if you get one that is defect free.
Sound:
Sound is OK for the body size. I haven't tried it amplified but no doubt that would improve the low end.
Ease of Use:
Nice setup from the factory, very low.
Support:
Great.
