I received this bass about two months ago. It came in 1 day and was pleased that it came sooner then expected. I played bass for about 8 years now and was looking for a acoustic bass. As for the bass itself the construction is decent and its easy to play. once I set the action and replaced the strings it played a lot better. It does sound decent through an amp and the EQ seems to work properly. The bass itself isn't to loud when not playing through an amp though. If you are just playing at home it is loud enough. I would recommend using it at a gig without an amp. It is also a good beginner bass too. Overall I'm happy with it.
