The Cordoba Requinto is a half size nylon string acoustic guitar with a smaller body, neck, and overall dimensions than a full or size guitar. The Requinto has a scale length of 580mm (22.8 inches) and a fingerboard width at the nut of 47mm (1.85 inches). It features a solid Canadian cedar top and African Mahogany back and sides. The top is braced with a 5 fan Torres style bracing system for a warm and resonant sound. The neck is made of lightweight Mahogany, and the fingerboard is Rosewood.

The Requinto is handmade and includes several detailed refinements like an all rosewood binding, bridge, headstock veneer, and heel cap.
