This guitar is everything you remember in an original San Dimas Charvel -- and more! From that trademark "broken-in" neck feel, solid brass bridge, heavy-duty hardware and flawless fretwork, to the beautiful finishes -- Charvel has replicated every treasured aspect of the original Charvel guitars. Continuing the Charvel tradition of innovation, they have added a few new features as well. Featuring a special Seymour Duncan '78 Model humbucking pickup and stainless steel bridge saddles, this is the best sounding Charvel ever!

In 1979, Charvel began building hot rod guitars in a small guitar shop in San Dimas, California -- forever changing the guitar market and spawning a new generation of rock guitar heroes.

Rather than continuing to modify "off the rack" guitars, Charvel decided it was time to give guitarists what they wanted and needed. It's been said that necessity is the mother of invention, and that was the foundation Charvel was built on. Players were looking for a quality, reliable and fast playing instrument that could scream.
