The Casio CTK-3200 is the ideal start for ambitious music fans: With its 61 touch-sensitive keys, 150 rhythms, 110 songs, sampling function and pitch bend wheel, it brings out the joy of playing a keyboard. Very well equipped, including an audio input for connecting a CD or MP3 player. Your favourite tunes are played over the keyboard speakers in "half playback" so you can play along with the keyboard part. The Casio CTK-3200 is equipped with a fully developed learning system for effective keyboard training: The practice piece is split up into individual sections of several bars, in the same way as in traditional instrument lessons, and is then learnt section-by-section. With the help of the sampling function, you can also record noises and voices directly via the audio input and play them with the voice pads.

I bought this for my 11 year old and she loves it. It is great for someone to learn on not to advanced but with some advanced futures enough to keep a beginner learning for a few years.
