I looked for several left handed guitars to upgrade from my dean exotica. The market for lefty guitars are very slim and I was stuck between this one and the seagull s6. I hadn't put my hands on either one but listened to several sound clips on youtube. I decided to go with this one and I am very pleased with my decision. Got the guitar and straight out of the box it was set up perfectly. I play pretty hard when I play and there was no fret buzz on the strings at all. I really like the sound hole in the top; I was a little worried it would affect the sound of the guitar, but I don't think it does at all. It is really nice to take that insert out and be able to hear what is usually just coming out of the front of the guitar. The tone is great! It's not as bright as a taylor but I didn't want that anyway so this was perfect. It has a bright warm tone lots of mid range sounds. It is very easy to play and the gig bag it came with was definitely a plus. If you're wondering whether you will like it or not don't wonder any more you will love it. It is the easiest to play of any of the five guitars I have!
