Feature:
Just like the Boss TU2 except plastic case. And the led's make a "smiley face" insted of a frown.
Quality:
Since it's plastic, if you drop an amp on it it's going to break. If you want a metal case get the Boss for $70.00 more.
Value:
Made in China, but what isn't these days? One third the cost of the Boss unit because of plastic case.
Desirability:
Does have that "smiley face".
Sound:
Has a true bypass - doesn't effect the sound
Ease of Use:
Just step on it. Settings are obvious.
Support:
Haven't used it.
Overall:
It probably won't last as long as a Boss unit, but you could buy 3 of these for the same price.

Feature:
YES!! My friend has a Boss TU-2 and this thing has all the same features. It's accurate and it has basically too many tuning modes. haha. if you need to tune too anything this will let you do it.
Quality:
I give it this because the boss has a hard metal shell and this has a hard plastic outer covering. I mean, c'mon, if you abuse any kind of music equipment it's bound to break. Use common sense and you'll be fine.
Value:
Cheap yet awesome. Same as Boss TU-2 minus metal casing. Take a look at this before you spend a hundred dollars on a tuner if you are one who doesn't kick around your pedals.
Desirability:
The streaming tuning mode makes it look all techy and expensive. People will be wowed? no probably not, but you are playing guitar, not selling equipment.
Sound:
well, it's a tuner, not an effects pedal, i use it on bypass and there's no noise or anything
Ease of Use:
Read the directions and it took 30 seconds to learn how to use.
Support:
Haven't dealt with them.
Overall:
Everything about this tuner is good. Price and features. Ease of use. Get it before spending a ton for another tuner that is the same thing. The only thing was i wish that it had a metal outer casing. Oh well, it's well worth the price a paid. Highly recommended
