Behringer PB600 Pedalboard with Power Supply

The Behringer PB600 is a great way to power and protect your pedals. With installed daisy cabling, the PB600 is easy to use.

When effects are an integral part of your rig, their power adapters and patch cables can often be the most vulnerable part, and the most likely to sabotage your set if they're not pampered. Rather than tossing your pedals, power adapters and all other cabling into a duffel bag after a gig, keep them safe--and ready to rock at a moment's notice--with the PB600.

It's All About Connections

This awesome pedal board makes hooking up six 2.5 x 4.5 inch pedals as easy as hooking up just one (of course, if you're using pedals that aren't 2.5 x 4.5 inch, the snug foam padding can be cut to accommodate pedals of varying shapes). The PB600 includes 1/4-inch patch cables, so you can leave your pedals connected to one another, ready to pass signal even when you're transporting them. It also comes with 1 x 6 daisy chain cabling so that when you plug in the 1.7 A power adapter, all your pedals receive power. Meanwhile, all cabling remains safe and free of strain. Failure is almost guaranteed when you're dealing with a rat's nest of loose cabling, but with the PB600, your effects chain is always safe and organized.

Connect your guitar, bass or keyboard to the single 1/4-inch input in the upper right corner of the board. A pair of 1/4-inch From Effects jacks in the upper left corner allow you to connect stereo effects, and two 1/4-inch Output to Amp jacks send a left and right stereo signal to up to two amps.

When it's time to load out, just unplug the power supply, disconnect your guitar read more and amp, put the lid back on the PB600 and slide the locking latches back into place. The heavy impact plastic casing will protect your pedals from the very worst dings, scrapes and scratches the road throws your way.

I'll use it until I, or someone I know, decides the piece of equipment isn't important. So, it will be a long time.
Sound
Your sound depends on the settings of your pedals. My guitar can sound as it's in a small room or a big hall. Depends on how my pedals are set, and how I chain them. I use Digitech pedals: Reverb, chorus, delay, flange, Ibanez tube screamer, Korg tuner. The daisy chain also leaves an extra input for my Cry Baby. How full the sound gets depends on how you tweak your pedals
Features
The power supply is invaluable. You would be going to the store non-stop for batteries. Stomp boxes eat batteries like my kids eat cereal.
Ease of Use
The PB600 is much easier than the PB1000 I bought. The PB1000 was set up backwards.
Quality
The unit is simple to operate. Remember though, pedal sizes vary. The foam in the PB600 is designed for Behringer pedals. As I said, I have Digitech pedals. I used an X-acto knife to fit them in tightly(took 10 minutes). The foam is screwed in so you can easily remove it to meet your needs. Close it up until the next time you're ready to play.
Value
Whether you are active, hobbyist, or undecided, you should have one these. It will organize your gear on-stage, get the boxes out of your wife's way or make you sell that guitar you got for Christmas.
Manufacturer Support
Should have called them on the PB1000
The Wow Factor
Black resin didn't seem sexy to me this morning, and still isn't.
