I would first like to say that my order was shipped out very quickly and I received it within 2 days. I also found this DI box for the best price compared to all of the other places I saw it on. You have made a repeat customer out of me so thank you for the prompt service. The passive DI box is exactly what I was looking for to help record keyboard and acoustic/electric guitar with. For under $25 why would you complain about this? It's a solid product from a solid brand. The person who posted the 3 star review probably tried to record ELECTRIC guitar with this passive DI box. If you know anything about recording, you know the golden rule that instruments with active pickups are best recorded with a passive di box, and instruments with passive pickups are best recorded with active boxes. Basically, trying to record an electric guitar with this box is not going to sound right, so the box is not at fault here for anyone's ignorance about that fact. This is a great passive DI for the price. If you need to record something like keyboards or an acoustic electric guitar, this should do the job for you with no issues.
