Feature:
It's got a switchable tweeter / horn, so if you want to sound even punchier, you can. The grill is sturdy and the cabinet seems well-built. There are wheels and handles to help make moving it less of a pain. Would have liked a volume knob for the horn, but on/off is OK, I guess.
Quality:
The cabinet is well-built and I haven't had any problems with the electronics, but I did have a problem with one of the speakers. Aluminum cones have punch, but they can be a little tempermental. I had my bass amp head at 1 and was tweeking my EQ. I played a Low B - which was enough to blow one of the speakers. Upon closer inspection, it wasn't "blown", rather, the adhesive holding the cone to the rim gave way. My guess is it was a manufacturing issue, not a design issue. Behringer replaced my speaker and I haven't had any complaints about the replacement.
Value:
Pretty good equipment for a great price. You could easily spend double the money on a 2x10 that isn't going to be twice as good.
Desirability:
This seems to be an odd category. It's a bass cabinet. It sounds good, it's affordable, it's well-built. There's nothing sexy about a bass cab.
Sound:
If you like the punchier sound of aluminum cones, you'll like the tone from this cab. If you prefer a warmer sound, you might prefer the BB210. I use my BA210 with a BA115 and the combination of the two gives me a good, balanced sound - especially for the money - and has handled different types of EQing well.
Support:
Customer Support was great to work with. They were very clear in what my options were regarding repair / replacement. They didn't force me into one alternative vs. another. Overall, one of the best customer support experiences I have ever had - music or non-music.
Overall:
I have been pretty satisfied. If it got stolen, I would probably get a BB410 and a BB215 - but only because my drummer drums so freakin' loud, I need to push some more air. :) I would change from the BA series to the BB series only because it is easier to add punch through EQ and effects, than it is to remove punch without sounding mushy.

I own a Behringer 15" and got the 2x10 to compliment it. I will say that together it sounds great, even at LOW volume.
