I recently purchased a Bedell closeout Dreadnought Acoustic Electric Cutaway with a spruce top and rosewood back and sides, and I was blown away by the quality. I agree with the other reviewer here about the gig bag mine came with as being beautiful but lightly padded. In any case,my all solid wood Bedell has a very nice neck shape that isn't as wide as a Gibson neck, but feels luxurious with the ebony fretboard. The guitar has a solid feel to the body and is a little heavier than I expected, but that too is a sign of a quality guitar. The projection and sound are excellent and the guitar looks beautiful, much like a much pricier guitar would look. I would be very hard-pressed to find any fault with my Bedell and at these prices, they are truly a bargain. I ordered mine without ever having checked one out in person first, and I am very happy that I did. I only saw them in ads in various guitar magazines. This is my 40th or 41st guitar I currently own, counting Electrics.Acoustics, Basses,a Lap Steel and Pedal Steel, and it certainly is a nice addition to my guitar stable. While I don't own this advertised model Bedell,(mine is a premium model 28 series),I have no doubt that the TB-18G is every bit a fine guitar and bargain as mine is. Bedell sure sold me on their product.

Sound
My Bedell sounds amazing and the all solid tone woods really make the guitar pop. Whether light strumming, fingerpicking,or harder strumming,my guitar responds very well to any read more given situation. The set up was surprisingly good although I am going to bring the action down just a hair (personal preference) and plan on going with some better strings. The slightly thinner width neck took a little getting used to at first as opposed to what I'm used to playing but I adapted quickly enough. It feels a little like an older Alvarez Acoustic Electric I have. And plugged in,my Bedell rocks!

Features
ALL of the woods, trim, and components are excellent and I have no issues with them at all. Actually,I am very impressed with the build quality and attention to detail. It feels and looks like it is built like a tank. Definitely a keeper.

Ease of Use
To get great sound from a Bedell, especially mine, all you have to do is play it! And the guitar came ready to play.

Quality
Again,it is solid, beautiful, and sounds excellent. I have no doubts about the long run and potential heavy usage. Mine has a very well balanced sound from the bass to treble strings as well. The other great thing is that the solid woods just keep sounding better and better with time as experienced with some of my other much older acoustics.

Value
Mine was a major bargain and then some! And the TB-18G sure seems like a great deal as well. For the asking price I see,you could purchase a lot of other lesser quality guitars from many different makers, but don't expect the same quality ,attention to detail, and sound of the Bedell. And I've played many brands and price ranges of acoustics in my time.

Manufacturer Support
I haven't needed to contact Bedell other than pure curiousity, and I did go on their website to have a look around. They do make some very high-end guitars too and I am betting that they are worth the money as well.

The Wow Factor
I have to say,I love my Bedell. And isn't that the point of buying a guitar in the first place? It has to have some kind of "wow factor" and mine won me over immediately upon openning the box it came in. To me,the right guitar becomes a part of you.
