The Boosta Grande is a Clean Boost pedal that produces up to 20dB of clean gain and designed for the player that would like to add more gain to their signal without changing the original sound. Robust build quality and rugged engineering ensure that the Boosta Grande will stand up to the abuse of life on the road. Other features include hardwire bypass, LED operation indicator, non-slip rubber bottom, easy-access 9v battery compartment and included external power supply. zZounds is an authorized dealer of BBE products.

Sound: The only reason I refrained from giving this product a 10 is because I rarely give anything a 10, 10 being perfect & whats perfect ? Having said that, IT IS DEAD QUIET & the bypass WORKS...how bout that ? It won't turn a practice amp into a Marshall Stack,it will turn a 20 watt amp into a 30 watt amp, pretty significant.It's CHEAP & it does exactly what it proposes to do, good clean 20db boost,however maxxed out you will get some overdrive to your sound, I tried running it before my distortion pedal & Holy S*@# ! It really "gooses" your distorted tone..it actually hits the pedal harder & hotter than it hits the front end of the amp...buy it & experiment with it.Highly Recommended Pro Caliber Pedal at a novice's price tag. Feature: Yes , it includes a 9 volt power supply, high quality & whisper quiet. Ease of Use: If it takes you more than 5 minutes to master operation of this pedal your Brain Dead. Quality: A TANK ! All Metal no plastic. Value: DO NOT PAY MORE FOR ANY CLEAN BOOST, this is as good as it get's. Manufacturer Support: I guess GREAT...never needed to call The Wow Factor: GREAT Overall: No Complaints

Sound: I just got this pedal, only used at one gig, but so far I'm pleased. It's a straight up clean boost that doesn't seem to color my sound. I bought this to increase the volume for my strat with single coils, becasue I set my stage volume for my Les Paul, and the drop when I switch was too extreme. As an added bonus, it does a nice job of pushing the front end of my amp, especially in conjunction with an OD like a Tube Screamer or Jekyll & Hyde. Feature: This pedal came with a power supply - nice bonus. The only downside is the size - it takes up more floor space than anything but my wah and my Jekyll & Hyde. Ease of Use: Only 1 knob and one button. A nice bright blue light makes it easy to see when it's on. Manufacturer Support: No issues yet...
