Kills standing waves and flutter echoes.12 per box.

Two-inch Studiofoam wedges are Auralex's most popular seller and best overall absorber! Use them to treat small-to-medium-sized areas including vocal booths, control rooms and sound studios. They effectively kill standing waves and flutter echoes. When used in conjunction with Auralex's LENRD , Venus Bass Traps or Sunburst Broadband Absorbers, they can effectively tame the full frequency bandwidth in virtually any room. Two-inch acoustic Studiofoam is quite simply the workhorse of the industry and is your safest bet if you're tuning your room yourself without the help of a professional acoustician.

"Great door dampener"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Quality
SOmetimes I worry about hitting the panel with something sharp that would tear it, but I haven't had any problems with it.
Value
Does a great job for the money. My roommate has a marimba in his room and the minute I close my door with the soundfoam on it, I am taken to my own private practice space. Attenuates a very decent amount of noise.
