In terms of value, the new Artist '60 Series, of which the Alvarez AG60CE is part of, is probably the best line of guitars they believe they have ever made. Alvarez was very careful to get the construction just right to allow this series to sing, and deliver a player experience that's so good; it's probably revolutionary for a mid price instrument. Whether you're looking for a Dreadnought, Folk or something a little more niche such as a Baritone, Grand Auditorium or Bass, Artist Series has them all.
This model is the wonderful Grand Auditorium, which has similar dimensions to their Dreadnought, but a narrower waist helping to pronounce the treble notes a little more. Great for finger picking and strumming, the GA is an all rounder. This model is fitted with their favorite EQ, the SYS650 blend system with tuner.
