"Good product"

Feature:
Great effects that are easy to use.

Quality:
So far so good.

Value:
great combination of features for the price.

Desirability:
Quite attractive and very lightweight. Its a winner.

Sound:
I use a Mackey 1202VLZ, and I found the sound quality almost comparable. The effects are very nice.

Support:
Not had to use it.

Overall:
well done. I hope I don't have the quality problems others have had.

"Think twice about this one!"

Overall:
I had one of these - just swapped it for a behringer eurorack UB1832FX-PRO. The overall quality and sound was good - BUT! there was really bad crosstalk beetween the channels, rendering the product pretty useless - regardless of how it sounds. I took it back to where I bought it and tried another at the shop to see if it was a fault with this particular one - the other had the crosstalk too! Conclusion - if you're gonna buy this try it first! It could of been a bad batch they had at the shop I got mine from (even so the fact that they got past Alesis's quality control does not inspire much confidence) or it could be an inherent fault with the model. You have been warned - good luck!
