I run a karaoke show. This product seemed great and has been for the most part. *Color codes for each mic for easy identification. That is a great feature! I know exactly who to mute! *4 individual mic chords or a single 1/4" cable. That is a great feature! I use all four individual channels so that I can use my mixer to adjust each micrograms volume, gain, and eq. However, if you had a smaller mixer, you could use a single channel and control mic volume from the receiver. Good job on that one. *Great sound quality!*Anti-roll ring on the top of the mics prevents the microphone from rolling. Great feature! Now for the bad or annoying part...The on/off switch on the microphones are stupid. The word "off" is visible when the microphone is on and the word "on" is visible when the microphone is off. Holy crap, this is really annoying! I knew when I purchased wireless mics, batteries could be an issue. So when the microphones are in my control, I turn them off. When I hand a microphone to a singer I turn it on. Almost half of the singers took the microphone and assumed it was on and they sang poorly without issue. The other half looked at the switch first, toggled it into the "off" position that said on, and sang into a mic that was now off. I'd have to yell to flip the switch, they couldn't hear me over the music and so on. I quickly realized that was an issue and I used electrical tape to hold the switches on... That created my next problem. By the end of the night, my first night read more with these, the microphones all started to die. Guess what I forgot... I forgot the spare batteries. Bummer. They may have had 4.5 - 5 hours on the batteries. I'll admit I should have brought more. Before my next show I'll put lables on each mic and roll on, with extra batteries!Ultimately, I think the microphones will work fine for me, but if I had it to do over again, I would choose another product. The switches and battery life aren't worth the headache.I haven't contacted manufacture support yet. I gave them five stars because I don't have any proof that they won't be good.
