Professional color mixing lights are hard to come by. Either they work good for a small amount of time but either they over heat because of bulb usage or they run too hot proving far too uncomfortable for the performers to bare. American DJ solved those two issues by using LED lights to both provide very long life for the lights while maintaining better clarity and projection, and the lights themselves run cooler to make them perfect for long usage.
