Digital Delay, Done Right
As digital delay originators, Boss has a reputation to uphold in the DD-500. Each of the pedal's 12 delay models is brought to life in crystal-clear sound thanks to 96 kHz/32-bit processing power. The DD-500 brings back some classic delays from Boss and Roland history, modeling the analog bucket-brigade circuit of the DM-2, the vintage digital character of the DD-2, the ethereal ambience of the Tera Echo, and the versatile tape delay of the Space Echo. In addition to Boss' own classics, you'll get a psychedelic reverse delay, unique "special effects" delay, dual delays that can run in series or parallel, heavenly shimmer, rhythmic patterns, a filtered delay, and swelling slow attack. There's even an on-board phrase looper!
