Feature:
Includes a cord wrap thing, but never used it because it was kind of bulky. I primarily used it for my computer use, so I just tied up the extra cable with the twist ties. I believe it also included the 1/4" adapter.
Quality:
Held up pretty well. I bought these back in 2003, and used them on a daily basis. The cups have worn down, but i've maintained them, so they held up quite well.
Value:
When I bought them in 2003, I'm sure they were more expensive than what they are now, but they are great phones for the price.
Desirability:
Looks pretty good. Not too bulky, and the all black makes it look pretty slick.
Sound:
Sound quality was excellent. Like others have said, the bass was on the heavier side, but the highs were pretty crisps. What more do you expect from $30 phones?
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use. Plug and play, and depending on your device, you can adjust the sound to your liking.
Support:
Haven't had to use them. But I'd hope they're good.
Overall:
Overall i was very satisfied with these phones. Like I've mentioned before, I bought these back in 2003 from CompUSA. I can't believe they're still so popular today. I've been using them on a daily basis, but finally, the left speaker of the phones went out maybe due to the wire or something. That's why I am in the market for a new pair, and since these are still around and popular, I might as well pick up another pair.

Feature:
It's a pair of headphones, so there aren't that many "features". It comes with a 1/8 -> 1/4 inch jack converter, and also 3 meter OFC cable.
Quality:
Made of fairly cheap plastic in China. They look okay, but I'm not sure they'll hold up to much wear and tear.
Value:
Nice phones, really let down by being uncomfortable to wear, and lack of ambient noise reduction.
Desirability:
Wouldn't buy again, but at least they do look quite good, and that's half the battle I suppose.
Sound:
Sounds very good for a ~$30 pair of cans. Somewhat heavy on the bass, but that's probably to be expected with this sort of low-end headphone. Overall, very reasonable. Good highs, pleasant mids, and strong, but tolerable bass.
Support:
N/A. Have never had to call sennheiser, but for their high end can's, I've heard they're quite good.
Overall:
My AKG K-55's are much more comfortable even though they don't sound especially brilliant.
