Feature:
It almost had no features at all besides form the intruction manual, and a pre-recorded patch list which is very usefull, but they should have included the AC adapter with the pedal.
Quality:
So far so good, When i was researching about this product it kind of turned me off to find out it was made of plastic, but it is well-worth for the price, and it's a rock-hard plastic, it would have been better if it was made of metal but it would probably get more expensive.
Value:
Its one of the best pedals you can get for that price, if you are aiming for something cheaper and easier to use, but still great quality, i reccomend this. Although if you can afford it i recommend the B2.1U bass effects pedal, also by zoom.
Desirability:
It would have been sexier if it was made of metal.
Sound:
Great sound, its about the best you can get with that price. Before buying this pedal, my amp always had this buzzing sound when i plugged in any bass guitar. When i plugged in this pedal the buzzing sound was gone, even if i wasn't using effects at all. The effects variety is also great, although some of them sound a bit similar you can record your own patches to create a sound with more originality. I still havent used this thing for live playing but so far it has worked really good for me while rehearsing with a band.
Ease of Use:
At first it is really easy to use, if this is your first pedal just read some pages of the manual and you are set. To other features like the beatbox, or the tuner, it is perfectly explained in the manual, the only thing that is kind of tricky is recording your own patches.
Support:
Haven't needed it.
Overall:
Beatifull Pedal, looks pretty durable and so far it has worked really great for me, im not planning on replacing it anytime soon.
