Duh! Why didn't anybody think of this sooner? For a home entertainment center, this is the pick of the litter. For a studio, it's a feng shui triumph. (We don't really know the spiritual makeup of this rig, but anything this useful must put out a pretty good vibe!)
You've got your CD player on one side and your cassette player on the other. A set of outputs that handle both units, and a second set of outs for just the CD side. You can adjust the pitch of the cassette deck by +/-12%, and the units sync up for perfect duplication. Playback can be continuous from deck to deck in either direction.
This pup is a 3-unit rack mountable design, and Tascam has also thrown in a wireless remote control.
