"congas of the future is now"

Feature:
easy to tune,carry,store away

Quality:
well made a latin percussion product,designed for stage use.

Value:
a lot cheaper than a conga drum.no matter who magnifactures it

Desirability:
cool looking almost futuristic,no really looks like something we will see later down the road.

Sound:
not bad for a quick set-up but it lacks the deep rich tones, that would be heard with a barrel enclosure.

Support:
all LP products have a wonderful support team behind there products

Overall:
hope to see a whole complete set in the near future consisting of a quinto,conga,tumba,

The Latin Percussion Giovanni Series Compact Conga is perfect when space is an issue.

As the laptop is to the desktop, the Giovanni Series Compact Conga is to Giovanni Hidalgo¹s signature full-size drum. The slender counterpart sits comfortably atop a standard snare drum stand, offering a new definition of conga portability. In addition, it will fit where others dare not go: small apartments, practice cubicles, or even the space between the hi-hat and the crash cymbal in a drumset. The sound is surprisingly full and delivers traditional slaps, muted sounds, and bass. Equally important, the Giovanni Compact Conga features a rugged aluminum alloy rim that is easy on the hands.
