"Great buy the negative reviews made me search harder but I did and found out this bass to be the best for the price and sounds l"

Feature:
The plastic corner have stack edges other than that this thing is plug and play.

Quality:
Very solid and contructed professionally. It was not made on a friday for sure and its a heavy sucker. Im a big dude so I dont worry about transporting it...I got home and found out they left it out back...UPS...ERRRGG but it was in great condition and came out popping nice out of the box

Value:
yeah this was the most popular cab at this price and I see why....

Desirability:
Its well built sturdy and strong and kicks butt..Like me.

Sound:
It can give you the sound you want by dialing in correctly, I had to step away from the bass cab because I heard vibrating, it turns out to be my walls and hanging lamps. This Bass Cab absolutley crushes what Ive been listening too. My Band we jam and I know I can be heard much better than the 2 12' speakers at our practice studio. I use a Hartke 2500, I ve heard others use too much watts for this Cab so use the 2500 not the 4000 unit. If you go for the 4000 buy another Bass Cab and you'd be ridiculously loud.

Ease of Use:
Very easy to get what you want of this product just dont go using a very strong amp....a 350 Watt amp will do just fine. I have a 250 and it does what its supposed to do...

Support:
no need for them yet so no rating.

Overall:
I expect to be very satisfied. The only upgrade would be to buy another one and more amps for that to have that stage rigg sound. You get great high tones and earthquaking Lows and punchy mids, I use my Fender Jazz on it for R&B, Jazz, Drum and Bass and pretty much anything I feel like trying after that. It works well.

"Hartke's best"

Feature:
The cab should have retractable wheels for easy transportation. It's a pain to carry it around, but not too bad...

Quality:
The wood is sturdy, and the handles are perfect for carrying the cabinet around. However, I've had one of the plastic corners on my cab , but, it's not a problem I sleep on. An overall road-wrothy cabinet.

Value:
Cheap. I prefer paper cones to aluminum, more warmth in the sound than the screechy aluminum cones, and Hartke's aluminum cones cabs are very expensive. Also, Hartke's 2x15 paper cone cab isn't a cabinet for making a stack out of, and Hartke's 8x10 is too big and expensive. So, if your looking for the best paper cone cab to make a stack out of, this is it. $600 delivers you Hartke's best.

Desirability:
The cabinet is road-worthy, and can easily be stacked with another cabinet, because of the design of the plastic endcaps. The best deal you can get from Hartke.

Sound:
Warm. Punchy. Twangy. Whichever of these sounds you prefer, is what you can get. This cabinet delivers all.

Support:
Never had to deal with Hartke. Their products are EXTREMELY road-worthy. Never had a problem.

Overall:
I will most likley stick with this forever. I'd get the 8x10 but it's just too big and heavy to cart around. And with two VX410's, you can easily take the stack down and trasport it, one cab at a time. I suggest to anyone using the Hartke 4000 head, get two cabs, and you will be very satisfied. And anyone using the Hartke 7000, get 4, because of the two channels. 700w out of those 4 cabinets, and then you;re ready to tour the world. The VX410 is the best cabinet to get from Hartke, if you prefer the warmth and better tone quality from paper cone cabinets.

About This Product!
Description
From Our Catalog
Hartke has been redefining the sound of bass guitar since the early 1980's. Their revolutionary aluminum-cone bass drivers and breakthrough cabinet designs were the first to combine an open-ended, articulate response with a fast attack and punchy bottom end. Harke bass systems, coupled with breakthroughs in musicality and instrumental technique by the first high-profile Hartke artist, the late, great Jaco Pastorius, and other distinctive talents such as Stu Hamm, Will Lee, and Tom Hamilton, continue to bring a new standard of clarity and accurate tonal reproduction to the bass.
