Feature:
40 different programmable effects, 6 different amp models, and complete tone customability. This amp has everything you could ever want as far as features go.
Quality:
Its perfect
Value:
Worth every penny.
Desirability:
I saw my friend playing the Cyber in a guitar shop, and after playing it myself for about a minute I knew I had to have it.
Sound:
some of the tones sound a little halfway there because its digital, but its so versital it can be used with any style of music. I can play shows and not have to mike it cuz its so loud, and i can also practice in my room with it. Its the best amp I've ever owned
Support:
I haven't had any problems with the Cyber Twin, but I've dealt with fender before, and there service was good.
Overall:
I will always own and have a use for this amp. Theres just no way you could ever find a reason to throw it away.

Feature:
Unbeleivable.... The only issue (in my mind) is mod/delay should be grouped with their own discrete architecture. You can still chain them up but they come as fx pairs . That said there are still all the necesary parameters to drill through to get the balance that I'm after.
Quality:
Top Drawer , built like a tank , loud as H$$## , dynamic as H$%%$ ,I'd never want to be without it again
Value:
Man..... I'd like to get it free with a pack of guitar strings , however.... This is the most expensive amp. I've ever purchased. That said I wish it had of been the first amp I ever purchased . Then I wouldn't have wasted all the time and money looking for ... well this amp
Desirability:
It can literally walk on water , no ifs , no butts, no maybes, its the best period
Sound:
A lot of versitility. I've had it 3 weeks now and after the initial hunt and peck through the parameters (easy for me as I am familiar with Johnson J station etc.) I am getting handy enough to modify/ create anything I neeed for any thing I play. I'm constatntly amazed at the combinations that can be arrived at and the overall range of sounds covered off under the hood. The only thing stopping me from saying 10 on this category as I want I'd prefer not to say it's as good as some of the British models that it apes as I've never owned a British classic . However I will say I'm more than a little taken by them and find I often gravitate to them as my first pick.
Ease of Use:
I personally find it very easy to get around . However I have spent years with desktop modellers in my wee home studio. A conventional amp guy sitting down for the first time would strongly disagree.( for the first 1/2 hour anyways) . Overall , it's easy enough to get around and after you put your hands and ears to it , the architecture gets familiar quickly.
Support:
Nuetral... It runs great and I haven't had to deal with them in any way so .............I can't answer this question
Overall:
This will be my last amp . If anyone steals or smashes it , me and my insurers will by me another . I can't be any clearer than that . It fully meets and frankly exceeds my expectations in every possible way.
