Feature:
Includes a guitar-to-amp cord. Not the highest quality, but how many guitars even bother to include that? Also an allen wrench for adjusting the neck (hint: probably not a good idea to do this yourself unless you are experienced). I gave it an 8 because I switched out the black control knobs for some gold-rose knobs I got on-line, they fit the heritage cherry sunburst finish perfectly, like an old Les Paul. The black knobs were OK, it's just that the gold ones are more vintage Les Paul. Otherwise, no problems unless you prefer other pickups, which can also be purchased on-line for about $25 each.
Quality:
A 10 for the money ($300...it's a B-stock, although I can't find any blemishes whatsoever). The finish is flawless. Sure, you could have top of the line pickups and tuning machines, but then you're looking at $1,000 or more.
Value:
What more can I say? For 3 bills, it's the best I've ever seen...Yeah, yeah, when I was a kid in the 60's you could buy a Gibson Les Paul for $300, but hey, we're not in the 60's anymore!
Desirability:
If your into looks for your guitar, this one is OK...the finish is perfect...but if you want "Gibson" on the headstock, buy a Gibson. Personally, I love it.
Sound:
Classic Les Paul sound, warm feeling, great tone. A great axe for the money.
Ease of Use:
If you know how to handle a Les Paul, this one responds in kind. From fat and sassy to bright and cheery, it does it all.
Overall:
I give it a 9 because I can't give much of anything a 10. Let's just say I got no gripes, I love it, I'd buy it again, ain't seen nothin' that'll change my mind!

Feature:
Very utilaterian I like this three pick up selections. Tuners are grover and keep the guitar in tune. I was surpeised that it came with such good tuners.
Quality:
There is a belmish on the nect seems that aroung the 7th fret the nect was slightly thicker. Not very noticable does not effect playing but questionable quality control. Besides this I would say for the money what do you expect I wanted to see what a Les Paul was like I would like to buy a more expensive one some day Which I will, it will be another epiphone
Value:
Excellent value for the buc compares very well to other product, very fast neck
Desirability:
Very nice finish and feel Got that Les apul sex appeal classic design
Sound:
I use this guitar through a Harely Benton 40 W amp (model is made for Thomann.de in China). I plan to put a heavier gauge of strings maybe 10's the set up was excellent but the strings seem to be 9's very light. Comparres well to my Gretscg pro Jet but my Telecaster & Strat are better built
Ease of Use:
The clean sound is very jazzy, nice and bright with the neck pick up, middle position very reponsive and the bridge pick up nice and trebly. All and all very good clean sound. On gain this guitar is very nice and heavy on sound, the sustain is excellent, if you use the neck pup you get a lovely sweet blues feel. Middle excelent you can roll off the tone for either pup and experiment, you get some good sounds. Bridge pick up is very responsive to gain you get this really amazing screaming beast lead lines. I'm very impressed with the pup's very easy to get the sounds that I want
Support:
Havnt dealth with the company had no problem with the guitar
Overall:
I will keep this guitar for a few years If it was stolen I would buy another more expensive Epiphone Les apul they are a very good guitar
