"horrible customer service"

this is the worst service I have ever recieved, there is no personal communication when the is an issue, ther is bad comm between sales staff, and I was lied to. I tried to make another purchase, and no one responded, I hope upper managment reads this and contacts me, for now I can only say stay far far from thi operation !!!!
