Feature:
I really like that it is easy to turn on and off. The mute button really helps the flow of our presentations when switching between presenters. For what we need this system for---seminar presentations---I really can't think of any other features that would greatly enhance our ease of use.
Quality:
I feel that this product is durable. I obviously wouldn't recommend dropping it, but if you treet it with care I believe it will do the same in return as in offering continued quality sound and ease of operation. I really like the mic connectors. They lock into place and we don't have to worry about pop and crackle sounds like we did on our old mics when the wire would move around.
Value:
I whole-heartedly believe this product is worth the selling price.
Desirability:
The unit is sleek and the mics are a comfort to look at. It's not bulky. it really blends in to our other equipment.
Sound:
The sound quality of this product is very high. We were using a samson system before purchasing this product and by far this sure system is light years beyong our previous one.
Ease of Use:
As opposed to our last wireless system, this unit and the mic's are---I almost hesitate to say---idiot proof. We didn't even need to mess around with directions. It is ready to go right out of the box, and it came with two 9volts for the mic's. What more could you want?
Support:
Have not dealt with the company.
Overall:
We are hoping that we will be using this unit for at least the next year if not longer.

Feature:
the auto output level feature does not work. There are three output levels on a switch then its supposes to adjust it self from there I guess. even on the highest setting, with the mic right up near the pastors neck, and the gain cranked way up I still had very little signal.
Quality:
our church did not keep this long. I'm guessing it would have given many years of lousy performance though. other sure products we have own have lasted a long time.
Value:
don't bother with this one.
Desirability:
It seemd like a good idea at the the time since we want to conserve rack space.
Sound:
The mic it came with it was big, chunky and low quality. It had to be very close to pick up much sound. Our last Shure system had a smaller and better sounding mic. This seemed weak and tinny sounding after swapping mics a few times. I tried four of these things and they all sounded the same.
Ease of Use:
It set up quickly. no feedback at any location in the room. these aspects were great but did not over come the lack of mic sensitivity or low sound quality.
Support:
It was so lousy and I tested four of them so I did not bother contacting them
Overall:
We are trying something else right now.
