Feature:
They're a very low end "pro" item. Sennheiser calls them "semi-circumarual" -- I call them supra-aral (i.e. they sit on your ears, not around them). They're not nearly as comfortable as the HD590 (which is many times the price). Cord enters both ear pieces.
Quality:
This is my one serious complaint: they're mostly made of cheap plastic parts that feel like they could be broken easily. If you're willing to baby them, then these could be considered a good value because the sound is pretty good for the money.
Sound:
The sound is quite good for the price. Sounds fairly flat to me. Voices sound natural. Good sense of presence. I haven't tried a wide variety of styles of music yet. Isolation from the room is fair.
Support:
I don't know anything about their support.
Overall:
If you need sealed headphones and only have $50 these sound pretty good. If you're going to wear them alot or treat them rough, spend more money and get something more comfortable and/or rugged.

Feature:
These are really just basic headphones and they do deliver on that pretty well. It's great that a pair this cheap has a removable cable, it's just a pity that it's not a coiled cable and it has to connect to both earpieces. It's also unfortunate that it's very expensive to replace the cable with the Sennheiser item, though part of that is just the overpriced retailers in this country.
My only other complaint on features is the isolation. These are fine when the music's not too loud, but in a club or on a big outdoor rig I find I have to cover the earpieces with my hands or press one against my head with my shoulder to hear properly over the outside sound. Or turn them up so loud that they're vibrating on my head which has got to be extremely bad for my ears. These are DJ headphones, so they should be designed for the DJ environment. I've had worse, but these certainly aren't 'pro' from that point of view.
Quality:
My only complaint here is that the headband is plastic. That's pretty common these days, it seems, but my previous pair of headphones were less than half the price and had a metal headband under the foam. These are, however, sturdy and won't break easily. I've done 18 hour DJ stints with these headphones, pulling them on and off, pulling them back so they're on one ear, then putting them all the way on again, down to my neck, back to my head and they still look practically new. One would have to mistreat these pretty badly for them to break 'easily'.
Value:
Overall these are good value for money.
Desirability:
Initially I didn't like the way these headphones looked, but now I quite like the unusual headband shape. It's practical, too. I'm wanting to upgrade now, but only because I want better sound quality and isolation and now I can afford a better pair.
Sound:
I've use these headphones for DJ'ing for about 3 years now and I've got no complaints about the overall sound quality other than that I'd like a little less boost on the bass. For mixing electronic music which is heavily bass driven that makes it a lot harder to match the headphone sound to what's coming out of the rig. I haven't compared it side by side with any other headphones, though.
Ease of Use:
I can't imagine it getting much easier than this.
Support:
I've not had to deal with Sennheiser regarding these headphones, but I do have another pair of Sennheisers that I wasn't sure were going to work out. Sennheiser were very accomodating, offering a full refund should I decide I wasn't entirely happy. When I actually was unhappy with them Sennheiser suddenly didn't respond to my email.
Overall:
I'll continue to use these headphones for practicing mixing at home and for smaller, quieter parties, but for big parties and clubs I want something more appropriate. Given how well they've lasted so far I don't think I'll need another practice pair of headphones for a long time to come.
