Feature:
No fancy frills, just a beautiful looking and sounding guitar.
Quality:
The quality of this guitar is excellent, Martin definitley lives up
to it's reputation for a well built instrument. It stays in tune very well and has a consistent quality of sound.
Value:
For the price and quality of this guitar, you can't find one better
anywhere.
Desirability:
This is not a fancy guitar but it is definitley a practical buy.
Sound:
Has a very bright sound, perfect for the music I play. I have owned
a number of acoustic guitars over the last 30 years, and this has to
be the best sounding guitar I've ever owned.
Ease of Use:
Acoustic guitars are usually a little harder to play than an electric
but this Martin DM is very easy on the fingers and wrist.
Support:
Have not needed support, but I am assured it is available if needed.
Overall:
I am very happy with my Martin DM and do not expect to buy another
guitar to replace it. I believe this guitar will serve me well for
many years to come.

Feature:
It's got a great hardshell case, thas the only important accessorie I can think of.
Quality:
There's no flaws at all on this guitar and it's manufactured very nice and smooth on the surface. The neck feels very nice in spite of the satin finsh-again I like a gloss finish better. As I mentioned before you have to be extra careful with the satin finished surface on the top of the guitar and this could be a problem if you are a heavy strummer. As I Myself plays mostly fingerstyle it's not a problem but it annoys me with the sweat marks where I'm resting my arm. This is the only flaw I've got but it's only a cosmetic issue.
Value:
The Martin DM is great value and sounds as good as the D-28 but it's not the exact same tone and if you expect that it's probably not for you
Desirability:
It looks great, however not very appealing in my opinion because of the satin finish but it's beautiful in an understated way.
Sound:
Big sound, very full and expressive. Like all Martin dreadnaughts (exept the x-series which I think is cheaply made) it's got a lot of volume maby not the loudest compared to more expensive Martins like the D-28 or similar, but thats also what the price says-you get what you pay for right!?. Like all quality guitars it suits strumming and fingerstyle equally and it has a more bright tone than the D-28, not it lacks bass but the highs are very clear and bright. Personally I like a guitar with a gloss finish so i won't the forever, not because of the sound, but you have to take a little more care of the satin finish
Support:
Haven't had any experiences.
Overall:
I dream of a guitar with a gloss finish maybe an Alhambra Dreadnaught with either solid mahogany, ovangcol or rosewood back and sides. These spanish made guitars are great value and as I live in Denmark I pay a lot of taxes when I buy a Martin guitar(about 30% more expensive than US) so you get a greater value when you buy a european manufactured instrument.
