Feature:
Well, it has two sonic features -- chorus and vibrato. It does its job and sounds great; what more do you want in a pedal?
Nice bonus: AC adapter is included.
Quality:
Feels like a brick. It's made of steel. You get the sense that you could beat it with a sledgehammer.
Sound:
Rich, creamy chorus and smooth vibrato. Absolutely silent compared to my Small Clone, and about a thousand times better than the software vibrato/chorus in Logic. I play Les Pauls through various Fender tube amps and occasionally record DI. Sounds great in every configuration, but especially with those gorgeous Fender clean channels.
Ease of Use:
Three knobs, a chorus/vibrato footswitch, and a (silent) bypass switch. It takes minimal experimentation to dial up a nice tone. One-page manual, but you don't need it.

Feature:
it comes with a little thinger you can hook up to the wall
Quality:
its all real solid
Sound:
The pedal pretty much replicates the sound of "Machine Gun" from Jimi Hendrix exactly. It may be 200 bucks but it shows in its sound.
