***Note: Users with petite heads may have to cut off extra headband material to get the headband to fit properly. This is NOT a wireless system. It is a headworn microphone with belt pack.

Feature:
I would give a 10 if it came with one or two spare foam mouthpieces, and if the microphone could be made to fit back into the case without having to loosed the adjusting screw and loosen everything up to fit the case, etc.
Quality:
I would have given it a 10 except that the adjusting screw siezed up a few weeks after owning it. I don't use it much, and it certainly doesn't get put through a rough regimen, so I should not have had to dissasemble the adjusting mechanism in order to make it work properly again. Since then, however, it's been working fine.
Value:
Considering what you generally have to spend to get a good quality microphone, I think this one offers good value for money. Naturally, I wish it were less expensive (I think almost everything is too expensive) but it does what it was advertised to do so I think it's good value.
Desirability:
Sex Appeal? Zero.
It's clunky. It's definitely not one of the more streamlined headset microphones out there. But...it works, and it works very well. So I don't care that it's not....sexy?
Sound:
I really can't fault the sound. It reproduces the sound of my voice perfectly as best as I can tell. What I especially like is that I can sing into it and not get those annoying pops when the words start with a P or a B, etc. And the bass is clear, not boomy or muddy, etc.
Ease of Use:
Cons: none.
Support:
Don't know. Haven't had to deal with that aspect yet.
Overall:
The only issue I have with this product is that I occasionally trip on the wire. Otherwise I'd have given it a 10 (am considering a wireless version).

This product is diffently worth the money - that why I'm buying another! I have to places to perform - so I bought another just not to be moving the other around!

Sound:
I just ordered another headset, because the sound is just awesome! Very clean and clear! This is one of the best microphones I have - I have some sennihizers and have tried of course shure - hands down this is the best microphone that I have had, now I'm looking for the equavilent in a handheld. Very impressed.
