Feature:
It's dirt cheap and has every effect you could ever want. You couldn't really get any more for less. When I bought this thing, I figured that if I could get 2 good sounds out of this thing, it's already a better bargain than a boss/digitech/whatever pedal. And I can, so it's well worth it.
Quality:
I'm just guessing here. It's plastic. I wouldn't stomp on it like you would a boss. If you baby it, it should be alright.
Value:
So much stuff for dirt cheap.
Desirability:
I don't think anybody is going to lust after this thing like a '59 les paul or some expensive rack processor, but it's definitely desirable for casual players/hobbyists because it's so cheap. If you know what you're doing, you can get some great sounds out of this thing.
Sound:
I have this in front of my low-volume practice amp for goofing off.
In general - good sound. Very clean and noise-free at practice volumes.
The amp and cabinet models aren't all that great (compared to my pod x3, which really isn't that fair). Good to put in front of a practice amp, not so good with phones or direct. Fuzz and heavy distortions are pretty decent. Crunchy amps are no good at all. However, one exception - the emulation of the Boss overdrive is pretty impressive (I have one and they are virtually identical).
Effects are absolutely comprehensive and very usable. Limited parameters to configure (chorus and reverb are limited because of this), but what is here is good as-is. There are a few effects (pitch and octave) that my pod x3 doesn't even have.
As an amp simulator for someone that's serious about tone - not so good. To be used as an pedal in front of an amp and an easy way to get a boatload of versatility with effects and tones for pocket change - excellent.
Ease of Use:
Totally, totally easy to use. No need to read through the manual. The reference card tells you all you need to know to get started. The rest is very intuitive.
Support:
No idea. Manual is decent. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, I guess.
Overall:
Perfect for what I bought it for. Wouldn't need to replace it unless it conked out on me.

Feature:
I love being able to run headphones off the output jack and being able to control the output volume.
Quality:
well built but i wouldnt push it it is plastic.
Value:
Worth the money and probably more.
Sound:
For the price this is an amazing pedal. I had been looking around for a distortion pedal that I liked and I played alot of them. I was planing on spending quite a bit of money to get a really great distortion pedal but said what the hell and bought this one and I was truly surprised! Its clean sounds are incredible, the amount of bang for the buck is great.
Ease of Use:
An hour or so and a monkey could use it very easy operation.
Support:
havent had to deal with any one yet
