Feature:
My tremolo broke where the whammy screws in, so now my whammy bar is useless.
Quality:
The only problem I have had is the tremolo(see above) and the nut on the output jack came loose, but that is VERY minor. I have had this guitar for eight years, and it is still in great shape accept for a few bumps and bruises(which every guitar eventually gets).
Value:
Very cheap and very good quality. Everyman price and a very durable guitar with a wide range of tones. For beginners and experienced players.
Desirability:
I has the looks of any strat, metallic paint, and a low price- this might as well have sexy printed on it in high-gloss paint!
Sound:
Pretty good sound, but the stock strings aren't the best.
Ease of Use:
Honestly, anyone could use this guitar. It is easy to use, and I can get it to sound like anything between an SG and a Les Paul.
Support:
Never had to use it.
Overall:
I have had this guitar for eight years, and it has served me well. It has very little cosmetic damage, and the only other damage is the broken tremolo(which just broke this month), so it is a very good product.

Feature:
It's great tuners, great pickups, 5 way toggle switch, good knobs and pots
Quality:
It's an amazing quality guitar; though occassionally the output jack come loose and you have to screw it back in by hand
Value:
amazing guitar. it's good for beginners (it was my first guitar) and advanced players (I still use it). Definitely worth the money
Desirability:
It's a strat one of the sexiest guitars around (honestly it's so sexy I named it roxanne). the only reason I give it an 8 is because I'm a sucker for Flying V and SG style guitars
Sound:
the sound is amazing. I love it a lot. I am planning on switching out the bridge pickup for a humbucker soon (it doesn't really need it but I kinda wanna be able to match my kramer vanguard on the lower end of things). So I give it a nine just because it is a little bit trebley for my taste but still amazing. by amazing I mean I can compete with my friends Gibson (not epiphone) Les Paul (sound quality wise, it beats his because I play it better)
Ease of Use:
you don't have to sit there tinkering for half an hour to get it to work but really ease of use depends on how good you are at playing it.
Support:
well the way I see it if you don't need to call support then the service is great
Overall:
One of the greatest guitars I have ever owned or played (I much prefer it over my friend's les paul, my former guitar teachers epiphone casino, or even guitars in stores that I fantasized about for months only to find out I like my strat better) honestly the only guitar I prefer over this one is my Vanguard (which is probably not as good of quality it's just bassier and fits my playing style better)
