"Buy It, Use It, Enjoy It!!!"

Feature:
This little guy has all the features needed play solo or with a group, I use this in an acoustic duet that sometime grows to 6 to 8 people has never let me down. If you need more features buy a stomp box!

Quality:
Perfect on delivery, Perfect in Practice, Perfect on the Stage. All amps should have a case like the AC-60!

Value:
If size was the only factor, this unit should cost about $50, however, all the things and quality make this amp worth every penny.

Desirability:
I am a past Roland Amp owner and user JC-77 and I wish I still had it. That being said, I wanted the AC-60 and after test driving all the similar units in this category I bought it.

Sound:
Very Clear and Crip, as always Roland chorus is the best, accurately translates the instrument being used, be it mic'd or direct.

Ease of Use:
Plug and Play

Support:
Have not needed outside support.

Overall:
The guiding factor in purchasing this amp was the size, after using it for 6 months in all environments and playing conditions, it has impressed all the others that have used it and I couldn't be happier.

"Good Things Do Come In Small Packages."

Feature:
Has enough features for the acoustic player so that extra gear is not essential. For the first few days I played around with different settings (chorus, reverb, etc.), but finally settled on chorus off and reverb set a less than halfway to full effect. For my repertoire and playing style this setup is more than sufficient. But it is very nice to half a few effects when the mood strikes you. Also has a lot of connections for extra stuff so you can very easily expand the functionalities according to your needs. There are enough options that will please a wide range of artists. And the 21 lb weight and small footprint is ideal for lugging around w/out causing back problems.

Quality:
Solid construction as far as I can tell. Fit and finish outstanding. The knobs and switches look like they can take a fair amount of abuse, and the supplied carry case is sufficient the protect the amp for all but the most serious beatings.

Desirability:
When I purchase a product, looks are secondary. Function and features are primary. However, the understated look suits me just fine. Who wants to draw attention from the music by having gear that's got a lot of 'sex appeal.' This consideration is pointless.

Sound:
This is my setup: classical guitar, Shure SM57 mic. Roland lives up to its claims. This little amp delivers clear, natural sound well-suited for acoustic guitar.

Support:
Haven't used it yet so I'll rate as 8.

From Our Catalog
Although there are many acoustic amps on the market today, few of them can compete with the rich, natural tone of the compact AC-60 Acoustic Chorus amplifier. This innovative stereo amp uses sophisticated digital signal processing to deliver a crisp sound with lush stereo/multi-band chorus -- including a new 'wide' mode -- plus delay/reverb and impressive Auto Anti-Feedback control. And with its 2-channel Mic/Line design and stand-mountable configuration, the AC-60 is clearly heads above the competition.

Features:
Compact stereo acoustic amplifier with pure, natural tone and excellent projection

2-Channel design: Guitar input and Mic/Line input with Phantom Power

Stereo 30-watt/dual 6.5-inch speaker configuration loud enough for club gigs and small PA applications

Onboard DSP delivers lush stereo/multi-band chorus, newly developed 'wide' chorus and delay/reverb with footswitch control

Built-in Auto Anti-Feedback controls allow for maximum volume without feedback

Convenient Mute switch for silent tuning on stage

Stereo Line Out for PA and recording applications; Subwoofer output

Built-in tilt stand offers better acoustic projection; can also be mounted on commercially available speaker stands

Big Sound in a Compact Package
Talk about impressive. The AC-60 is a marvel of amplifier design, using the latest DSP technology to deliver a pure, rich acoustic sound with projection far beyond its compact size. This stereo acoustic amp (30w x 2) offers brilliant stereo/multi-band chorus including a new 'wide' mode, plus shimmering reverb tailored specifically for acoustic guitar. And if it's more low-end you crave, the AC-60 even gives you a Subwoofer output.

A Marvel of Convenience
The dual-channel AC-60 offers both a Guitar channel and a Mic/Line channel with Phantom Power. This makes it the perfect companion for coffeehouses and small club gigs. The Guitar channel gives you a choice between piezo and magnetic pickup inputs, plus powerful Anti-Feedback controls. Rounding out this package is a Mute switch for silent tuning and a Stereo Line Out for connection to mixing consoles and PA systems.
