Quality:
I'm kind of late filing this report...sorry. I got mine as a Christmas present about twelve years ago. I use it nearly every day. I have had handle pins welded twice (over-enthusiastic airline baggage handlers), and I oil the swivel bearings on the front casters. Other than that, it has been utterly solid and trouble-free.
Value:
Have you priced a MagLiner? In my business, that's what everyone seems to buy. You can buy four of these guys for the price of one Maggie, and the Multicart folds up more compact.
Desirability:
I wanted it. I got it. When it eventually dies, I will buy another.
Sound:
Sound itself isn't the issue...it's getting my stuff to where I'm going to make or record the sound. This thing makes my life easier.
Ease of Use:
Once you know how to use it, it's easy. It's also fun to watch the guys at the airport (who don't want you to touch anything because they're in charge) try to figure it out.
Support:
Never have needed to contact them.
Overall:
It has seriously changed my life. For the past twelve years, it has been my friend and constant companion, has literally been coast-to-coast, Gulf of Mexico to Canada. I use this thing nearly every day. A co-worker used to give me a ration of harassment about taking my beloved cart with me everywhere I go. One day, as we were shuttling throught the Atlanta airport with a whole metric buttload of gear, he turned back to me and said "If I ever give you a hard time about your cart again, just tell me to shut the $#@& up." It is extremely durable, it folds easily for packing in a car or on a plane, carries a huge load, and sells for a fourth the cost of anything else I've seen that I can compare it to. As a drummer and a video production tech, I'm always hauling gear around with me. Without this cart, I'm sure I would have suffered a complete physical breakdown years ago.
