"Sturdy, With Tons of Room for the Price."

Feature:
comes with two large self adhesive velcro strips for easy pedal attachement. has fantastic, sturdy locks, as i have the newer design with the handle on the long side. the ones in the picture here dont look as sturdy, but if you get a newer one they're pretty beefy. the corners and edges are very sturdy. the handle on it is very interesting, the ends of it slide in its base, and the handle itself is a spring mechaninsm covered in a rubber tube that makes for a very comfortable carry even when loaded up with pedals. its a spacious board as well. i currently have on it, from left to right, an ernie ball VP Jr. and above that in the corner a TU-2 boss tuner, the the right of the volume the effects switch to my vox ac30, just below that an A-B-Y routed to switch channels for that same amp, to the right of that a Boss dd 20 giga delay, a seymour duncan pickup booster. i could still squeeze in one more boss sized single effect in that row, plus i have about half the board to fill up yet. so its got a lot of room for such a cheap board.

Quality:
seems like its a pretty sturdy build. i just hit it a few times and it didnt even budge. the case is made of wood, but covered in alluminum corners and edges. the sides are covered in an alluminum sheet, but it's somewhat sketchy. it will pretect fine, but mine, and all the ones i've seen including the picture here, the sheet doesnt lay completely flat and sort of bubbles and warps. but just a bit, pretty just an aesthetic problem. if it ever does break (doesnt look like it will) it wont be in the latches or the edges or corners. you'd have to drop a bunch of bricks on a large flat side of it, and even then it'd have to be more than you could carry in one load.

Value:
its not too expensive for what it is. it'd be nice if it was a bit cheaper, only because the alluminum sheets aren't applied the best (though they wont go anywhere, just aesthecially). i'm quite happy with what i got for what i payed. it has quite a bit of room for such a small price, which i thought was the biggest selling point.

Desirability:
um. it just holds my pedals. i'm not much of a shiny metal guy so i may paint it a flat black or something, but probably not.

Sound:
i hate the sound and feeling of velcro. makes my skin crawl. but thats the only noise i've heard it make, and it makes it well.

Ease of Use:
the locks are fluid. the application of the included velcro is easy. the only beef i have with it is that the edges stick up about an inch, whic slighty interferes with short pedals, such as an A-B-Y or pickup booster. but not so much that its impossible or uneccesarily inconvenient.

Support:
dont know. havent needed it.

Overall:
it doesnt come with a built in power supply, as most dont. but my brother has an SKB case which does, and also comes with a garuantee to replace pedals and case if they ever break while it is closed. if i was going to get another case, it would be that one. as its a hard molded plastic as well. i'll probably eventually grow out of this one and need another anyway. but for what you pay, if you're on a budget, this is a good pedalboard. it works just fine and looks like it will last quite a while.
