"Best bang for the buck"
I have 25 or so guitars. This one will be a keeper and may become my "number one"
Sound
A tele with an attitude. Has a hard sound like a tele should, no harsh high end. Pick-ups are very well balanced and sounds good in all positions. I can go from chicken pickin' to rock and roll to blues, it just sounds good.
Features
It has everything I like, plain and simple guitar which makes it attractive,
Ease of Use
Yup, very easy to get a great sound, you don't have to fight with it to get it do do what you want. Plays really nice, I like the big fat frets, it makes bending notes a breeze. If you are a chunker you might have problems but if you play with a gentle touch it is very responsive.
Quality
This should last a lifetime. The finish will age gracefully being a nitro finished guitar it will age like any other classic.
Value
Worth every penny and a lot more.
The Wow Factor
This instrument reflects the original idea of Leo Fender: simple design, sturdy, made to be played. I have the sunburst with maple neck which is quite stunning to look at besides having the feel of a vintage instrument.
