Feature:
Imagine having every effect you could ever want; a basic drum machine; dozens of different amp, cabinet and pickup model combos; Jam-Along where you can plug in a CD or MP3 player and jam along right through the unit; Learn-A-Lick feature that slows down recorded phrases that allow you to learn fast licks; and the ability to go direct into a board for recording. All for around $150-$200. Not bad at all.
Quality:
Had it for three years with no prblems. Very solid.
Value:
A lot for the price.
Desirability:
Pretty cool looking unit. Get a lot of questions and compliments when I use it live.
Sound:
I think the sound quality is really great for the price. It can be a little thin when going direct into a board, but I am not an effect whiz and I am sure if you really know what you are doing, you can really get some great sounds out of this thing. Though amp – which I have set to a neutral clean sound – it sounds fantastic. The presets are not that great. You really need to mess around with getting your own sound. I play Blues/Jazz Fusion and was able to create just the perfect sound for both my clean and distorted sound and then easily copy the patch to other banks for adding other effects like more delay, chorus, detune, reverb, wah… The options are endless.
Ease of Use:
I am not an effect whiz, but I have been able to easily create patches, name them and copy them. It has a simple matrix interface.
Support:
Have never needed it.
Overall:
Think I'll keep this on for a while

Feature:
There is a ton of different features. The whammy is really fun the play with. The pitch shifter is great for cool solos.
Quality:
It's mostly very good quality but there was a few thin pieces of plastic but that's all.
Value:
Right now it's a great value. It used to be $250 so if you can get it for $100 you should.
Sound:
It has a very clear clean sound.
Ease of Use:
I thought that it was very easy to use. I noticed that a lot of people gave this a low rating most likely because they didn't read the manual.
Support:
I've never had any problems with it.
