"Well worth $300.00."

Feature:
Comes WITH the foot pedal, cable and casters. As before it gives me the three basic Channels I need with or without effects, essentially giving me 6. I only wish they had added a Boost that would give each channel a programmable volume increase for jumping into leads with out having to switch channels or take your hand off the strings to adjust the guitar volume.

Quality:
Jury's still out on this one, I sent my first one back because of a short in the Solo channel Gain control. ZZounds sent me an immediate replacement without any hassle. All the knobs wiggle loosely when adjusted, and I'm sure they wont survive a hit from something bouncing around in the equipment van.

Value:
For $300.00 Bucks, this amp kicks AZZ!

Desirability:
This is my future back up amp. I intend to get a Peavey Vyper 120 (not available till August, but this amp has already proven gig worthy.

Sound:
This amp supplies me with the three basic sounds I need. The Rhythm Channel can be dialed in for a really decent Blues tone. The Clean is real clean of course and seems to lack the tone control I need to get the mids and high to break out past the drums. The Solo channel will get away from you real easy. I need it for my Hendrix tunes, so I fiddle with the shape control in lieu of real tone controls, to keep it under check.

Ease of Use:
The book supplied seems to cover all the bases. The degree of control over the effects is a little wanting, but for the price and 2 knob design, you can't expect much. 1 afternoon and halfway through a Gig, I had it figured out.

Support:
Haven't had to deal with Crate (Loud Inc.)yet. I would assume since they are also the Ampeg people that their service would be satisfactory.

Overall:
I would get another one. I am waiting to see how well it holds up to a full summer of gigging

"Amazing because it is."

Feature:
Footpedal, wheels.....OH YEAH! 2x12 60watt speakers!!

Quality:
Solid, I was a little skeptical at first about the quality because of what Picky Nicky below me said about the knobs, mine is solid.

Value:
Amazing for the price

Desirability:
Oh You'll deffinatly pick up some sexy mommas....Grandmama's that is. the classic vintage looks are to die for lol

Sound:
This amp is so crisp and clear in the clean channel, the distortion channel is really great too, the solo channel squeels a little too much though... oh well;-)

Ease of Use:
takes about a day to set it to your style exactly, but it's not hard to do if you know how to turn a knob.

Support:
haven't had to deal w/ them yet.

Overall:
Great deal. Great Amp. Buy it Now.
